MERCHANDISE SHIPPING: Allstar products ship out same day if the order is received before 3:00 central time. Free shipping promotions only qualify for merchandise purchases on orders over 300.00. All free shipping offers are shipped by UPS ground.
Allstar keeps most of our products instock however; some products need to be specialty ordered.
Handling: there is a $8.75 handling fee on all orders

RETURNS: items can be returned for credit. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items to cover shipping. All returns that recieved free shipping are given a merchandise credit.

EQUIPMENT SHIPPING: Allstar only charges actual shipping costs. Please call for a shipping quote on a desired item or find out if your item qualifies for free shipping. For items returned or refused during delivery will not be refunded shipping and will be charge a 20% restocking fee.

SERVICE TERMS:
*Allstar Preferred Customers:
Charge of $188.00 minimum for the first hour and $40.00 (160.00/hr) for every quarter thereafter. Although we try to keep most common parts on our trucks, if we need to order something and return you will be charged continued time on (CTO) $160.00 per hour and $40.00 for every quarter hour thereafter.
Nights/Weekends: After 5:00 pm Monday-Friday Charge of $290.00 minimum for the first hour and $72.50 for every quarter thereafter. (If the Job was started during working hours the after business hour charge of $290.00 will not be applied
Standard Charge:
Charge of $220.00 minimum for the first hour and $45.00 (180.00/hr) for every quarter thereafter. Although we try to keep most common parts on our trucks, if we need to order something and return you will be charged continued time on (CTO) $180.00 per hour and $45.00 for every quarter hour thereafter.
Nights/Weekends: After 5:00 pm Monday-Friday Charge of $320.00 minimum for the first hour and $80.00 for every quarter thereafter. (If the Job was started during working hours the after business hour charge of $320.00 will not be applied.)
*Gas surcharge is applied on every bill: $7.00
In shop repairs: are billed at $40.00 per ¼ hr plus any shipping fees for parts ordered and equipment returned.
NEW CUSTOMERS: On all new accounts, our payment terms are COD or PAID ONLINE until you establish credit with us.
